Exchange, Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Label DKI, we aim to ensure you love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy exchanges.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only on all products.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • You may exchange for a different size or another product of the same or higher value (price difference to be paid).

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at labeldki.help@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of order delivery.
  2. A processing fee of ₹300 per product applies to exchanges. After making the payment, email us a screenshot of the transaction. (Alternatively, if you prefer to send the item directly to us, we will provide the shipping address. After dispatching, share the AWB number, courier company name, and proof of dispatch. Ensure the items are sent via reputable courier services, as Label DKI is not liable for any loss during transit for items directly shipped by the customer.)
  3. Upon payment confirmation, our customer support team will arrange a reverse pickup through trusted courier services.
  4. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, the new size will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.
  5. Size exchanges are processed only once per order; multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed.
  6. If the requested size is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a credit note for the item’s value.
  7. Credit vouchers issued for exchanges are valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation by Customer and/or Label DKI

  • You can cancel your prepaid  orders within 24 hours of placing the order. For prepaid orders, we can either issue a credit note for the same amount or replace the ordered item with another product of the same value.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at labeldki.help@gmail.com.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain orders due to reasons such as unavailability of materials, incorrect product listings or pricing, or issues flagged by our analytics team regarding payment-related or fraudulent activities. For prepaid orders canceled by Label DKI, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s registered bank account. We will notify the customer via email. Our decision to accept or cancel orders is final and binding.
  • Credit vouchers issued for order cancellations are valid for 90 days.
  • Cancellations of prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).

Refund Policy 

  • Label DKI does not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Note: All items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.

Return Policy

  • No returns or refunds are provided unless the product is received damaged or defective.
  • In case of a damaged or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours for verification.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, custom pieces, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping & Pickup

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode.
  • In some cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to complete the exchange process.

Important Note

  • Colour variations due to lighting or screen settings will not qualify for exchange or return.
